The 1960's existing home was torn down to make way for this new 40'x28' custom modular colonial featuring 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths, 2 car garage with bonus room above and 2nd floor laundry. The farmer’s porch wrapping the front of the home with detailed columns and open viewing make the entrance to this home in grand style. Featuring a custom maple kitchen built by Penn Craft Kitchens at the Penn Lyon Homes manufacturing facility are one of the many features of fine craftsmanship apparent throughout this modular home. On this project, the customer chose an Oasis precast foundation for their home. This product features insulated, finished basement walls (complete with sheetrock and pre drilled channels to run utilities for a full finished basement), and also allowed for the foundation to be set in extreme winter conditions eliminating the need for heaters & additives in the concrete to offset the freezing temperatures.
